SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”)

By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and accept decisions by Sponsor as final.

NO PURCHASE REQUIRED.  NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

QUALIFICATIONS.  Entries are limited to one per person.  The Sweepstakes is open only to persons who are age 18 or older as of the date of entry, who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the 50 states, the District of Columbia, or Canada, excluding Quebec (“Territory”), and who are not employees of Sponsor, or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them, nor members of their immediate families or same households. 

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.  This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

ENTRY PROCESS. 

1. During the Entry Period go to specify.wondoor.com (the “Website”) and click on the link to “ENTER OUR SWEEPSTAKES. CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT”. By signing up and creating an account on the Website, entrants will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.  Only a new account created on the Website during the Entry Period will be deemed an “entry” eligible for the Sweepstakes.  Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested to create an account, including submitting a valid email address.  Any incomplete account creation or signup shall be void and ineligible for the Sweepstakes.
2. All entries must be received by midnight, Central Standard Time, January 31, 2024. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m., Central Standard Time, January 15, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time, January 31, 2024 (the “Entry Period”). 
3. All entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered.  In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of the winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be the “authorized account holder” of the email address submitted at the time of the entry.  The “authorized account holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization for assigning the email address has associated with the submitted email address. 
4. Sponsor is not responsible for and/or the following will cause an entry to be disqualified: (a) entries from persons residing or located outside the Territory; (b) inaccurate, forged, incomplete, lost, tampered with, misdirected, delayed or late entries; (c) miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; (d) technical failures; (e) unauthorized human intervention; (f) traffic congestion; (g) garbled or jumbled transmissions; (h) or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes.
5. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned, and entries are the property of Sponsor. Sponsor shall have the right to use, assign, edit, modify, or dispose of any entry however it sees fit, without approval of the entrant.
6. Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants from the entries in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy (which is available for review at https://wondoor.com/privacy-policy/). To the extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes and providing such personal data, entrants consent to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information, and entrants acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

DISQUALIFICATION OF ENTRANT.  Should Sponsor determine, in its sole discretion, that any entrant has violated any of the provisions in the Official Rules, Sponsor shall have no obligation to award a prize to such entrant.  Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website, acting in violation of these Official Rules or any federal or state, law, rule or regulation or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the attempt to annoy, abuse threaten or harass any other person.

PRIZES.  The prizes will be three (3) Visa pre-paid gift cards.  The approximate retail value of each Visa gift card is $300.00.  One winner will be selected for each Visa gift card.  The prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.  No prize substitution is allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.  No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.  If, by reason of printing or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prizes available in the prize category in question.   

PROCEDURES.  The prizes will be awarded on February 6, 2024, at Sponsor’s headquarters located at 1865 South 2480 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84104, in a random drawing from the submitted entries.  The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER.  The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail by a representative of Sponsor on or about February 7, 2024.  If the winner is from Canada, he or she must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question as a condition precedent to receiving the prize.  Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize for any reason.  Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner will result from any of the following: (a) the return of any notification of a prize as undeliverable; (b) the potential winner’s failure to claim the prize within 14 days from the date of notification by Sponsor; (c) the failure of a winner from Canada to correctly answer the skill-testing question; or (d) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules.  Any prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited. 

CONDITIONS.  Each entrant, by entering this Sweepstakes, agrees that: (a) he or she will abide by and be bound by the Official Rules, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) each entry becomes solely the property of Sponsor and will not be returned; (c) neither the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries or affiliates, nor any of their officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives are responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from Sweepstakes participation, or the awarding, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activity; and (d) each prize is awarded AS IS and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

TAXES.  All taxes imposed as a result of the prize are solely the winner’s responsibility.  It is the winner’s responsibility to understand and abide by any federal, state, local or foreign tax laws that may apply to receipt of a prize.  Winners may be required to complete certain information or reporting forms of the Internal Revenue Service or other taxing authority before or upon receipt of a prize.

RIGHT TO CANCEL.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes in the event that: (a) this Sweepstakes is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority; (b) fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (c) the Sweepstakes is not capable of completion as planned for any reason, including because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort; (d) any other cause corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  In any such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.  In the event of such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension, notice thereof will be posted at the entry websites or other means.  Sponsor shall have no liability to any participant who is disqualified due to such action.  Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any provision.

LIMITATIONS.  Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, misdirected entries, or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; (b) miscommunications, technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any telephone, computer, network, hardware or software; (c) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any website or service; (d) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (e) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (f) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant’s computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or from downloading any material from the Sponsor’s website, regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to the website by a hypertext link; (g) any costs related to the prize, except as expressly set forth herein, including but not limited to income, sales, property and other taxes, fees and other costs incurred by accepting a prize; or (h) acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, damage by third parties, whether negligently or intentionally, picketing, lockouts or other concerted actions by any employees of any labor organization, the laws or actions of any governmental authority, or any other event or cause that is beyond the control of Sponsor.

AMENDMENT.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes. 

INDEMNITY/RELEASE.  Each entrant releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including, without limitation, personal property and personal injury damages arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, award acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any prize-related activity and for all claims based on rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or prize delivery.
