This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to Won-Door’s U.S.-based websites and mobile sites that expressly adopt, display, or link to this Policy, including wondoor.com (the “Site”). Any use prior to this date may be governed by an earlier version of this Policy. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information by using the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link available on our Site, where available, by using our cookie preference tools, or by submitting a request through the methods described in this Policy.

Cookies, Advertising, Analytics, and Similar Technologies. Cookies, Advertising, Analytics, and Similar Technologies. We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, web beacons, tags, analytics tools, session technologies, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Site. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, device and browser information, cookie identifiers, referral sources, page views, clicks, form submissions, approximate location, and other usage information. How Long We Keep Information. We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary and proportionate to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods vary based on the nature of the information and the purposes for which it was collected, including whether the information is needed to provide services, maintain accounts or relationships, process orders or transactions, support customer service, maintain security and fraud-prevention records, comply with accounting, tax, legal, or recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain marketing preferences, preserve opt-out records, or protect our legal rights. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process personal information, we will delete or anonymize it, or, if deletion is not immediately possible because information is stored in backup archives or similar systems, we will securely store the information and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Protecting Children’s Privacy. The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it. Depending on applicable law, we may also limit certain data processing activities, including targeted advertising, for users we know to be under a specified age threshold. Marketing. If we send you email advertisements or promotional communications, we will use reasonable efforts to avoid false or misleading subject lines or email addresses, identify the message as an advertisement where required, include our physical address where required, and monitor third-party email marketing services, if applicable. Security. Won-Door implements reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information under our control from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Our personnel and the personnel of our affiliates or service providers may be provided access to personal information only if they have a need to know the information in connection with a legitimate business purpose. While Won-Door strives to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose personal information. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Some browsers and browser extensions permit users to communicate privacy preferences through recognized opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (“GPC. Where our Site is configured to recognize and process such signals and where required by applicable law, we will treat a recognized GPC signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and, where applicable, targeted advertising for the browser or device transmitting the signal. The operation and effectiveness of GPC recognition may depend on the technologies used on the Site and the visitor’s browser settings. We may request additional information where necessary to verify your identity or authority to act on behalf of another individual. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to verified requests within the time period required by applicable law and, where available, provide information regarding any applicable appeal process if we are unable to comply with a request.

Links to Other Websites. Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, many of which have their own privacy policies. You acknowledge that accessing any third-party websites linked to the Site is at your own risk and that such third party’s collection and use of your data is governed by the privacy policy of that third-party website or service. Policy Updates. Won-Door may periodically change this Policy to keep pace with legal requirements, industry practices, and changes to our Site, products, services, or data practices. Any non-material changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and we will indicate the revised date at the top of this document. In cases where changes to the Policy may be more significant, we will provide a prominent notice of such changes before they take effect or directly send you a notification where appropriate. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of the revised Policy means that you accept the revised Policy.
