VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW

This Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

ENTRY PROCESS

1. During the Entry Period, eligible participants will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry for each recorded attendance at a qualifying educational event listed below (each, a “Submission”). To enter, participants must complete the applicable AIA course presentation sign-in sheet and provide all required information, including their name, email address, state of residence, ZIP code, and any other requested information. Upon verification of attendance and successful completion of the Submission, the participant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Multiple entries may be earned by attending multiple qualifying educational events; however, participants may receive only one (1) entry for each of the eight (8) qualifying course programs identified below, for a maximum of eight (8) entries during the Entry Period. Attendance at the same course more than once will not result in additional entries. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unverifiable Submissions are void.

Qualifying Educational Events. The following educational events are eligible for Sweepstakes:

  • Opening Protective Requirements in Fire & Smoke Walls (WD07OP23)
  • Sliding Doors in a Means of Egress: Design Considerations and Code Requirements (OWDFG23)
  • Fundamental Concepts for Architects (NFPA3000WD28)
  • Sliding Fire & Security Doors: Multi-Family Residential & High-Rise Solutions (WDMULTIFAM24)

  • Life Safety by Design: Fire & Smoke Protection Strategies for Open-Concept Buildings (DOOR&CURT26)

Attendance must be verified through Sponsor’s registration and attendance records. Attendance at a qualifying educational event alone does not constitute entry into the Sweepstakes unless all required entry information is properly submitted and verified. All participants must otherwise satisfy the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”). Attendance at a Qualifying Educational Event is not required to enter or win. Eligible individuals may receive Sweepstakes entries without attending a Qualifying Educational Event by sending an email to [email protected] during the Entry Period with the subject line “Alternative Method of Entry – AIA Sweepstakes” and include the entrant’s first and last name, email address, state of residence, ZIP code, and the number of AMOE entries requested. An entrant may request up to eight (8) AMOE entries, corresponding to the eight (8) eligible educational event programs identified in these Official Rules, and may receive one (1) AMOE entry for each requested Qualifying Educational Event, up to a maximum of eight (8) AMOE entries per person during the Entry Period. Upon receipt and verification of a valid AMOE request, Sponsor will award the requested number of eligible AMOE entries. AMOE entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements, verification procedures, and Entry Period deadlines as all other entries. No purchase, payment, attendance, or participation in any educational event is necessary to enter or win, and attendance at a Qualifying Educational Event will not improve an entrant’s chances of winning.

2. All entries must be received by midnight, on August 31, 2027.  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on August 31, 2027 (the “Entry Period”).

3. All entries must include entrants name, a valid email address, State of residence, zip code, and telephone number for the entrant.  In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of the winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be the “authorized account holder” of the email address submitted at the time of the entry.  The “authorized account holder” is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization for assigning the email address has associated with the submitted email address.

4. Sweepstakes Entity is not responsible for and/or the following will cause an entry to be disqualified: (a) entries from persons residing or located outside the Territory; (b) inaccurate, forged, incomplete, lost, tampered with, misdirected, delayed or late entries; (c) miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; (d) technical failures; (e) unauthorized human intervention; (f) traffic congestion; (g) garbled or jumbled transmissions; (h) or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes.

5. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.  Won-Door shall have the right to use, assign, edit, modify, or dispose of any entry for promotional use, without approval of the entrant.

6. Sponsor collects personal information (e.g., name, email, phone, and submitted data) to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, communicate with entrants, and fulfill prizes. Sponsor may also use such information for marketing and promotional purposes, where permitted by law and subject to entrant consent rights. All personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy (https://wondoor.com/privacy-policy/) and applicable law. Residents of certain states (including CA, CO, VA, CT, and UT) may have rights to access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain uses of their personal information (including sale or sharing); requests may be submitted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sponsor may share personal information with affiliates, service providers, and promotional partners solely for Sweepstakes administration, prize fulfillment, and related business purposes. Sponsor does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, but certain data sharing may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law. Personal information will be retained as reasonably necessary for Sweepstakes administration, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business purposes. By entering, entrants consent to these practices. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting Sweepstakes participation.
